From the bottom of the stone-paved slope, you’ll see traditional Japanese temple roofs like those of Komyoji and Zuiunji in the foreground. Behind them rises the green spire of the Hirado Xavier Memorial Church, blending East and West within a single frame. As you slowly ascend the hill, the relationship between the temple roofs and church steeple shifts with each step, inviting you to discover your own perfect angle.
